had a wonderful stay at hyatt regency. the facilities were great, especially the spa treatments. the staff, especially grace at the club lounge, were super helpful and professional. the king room with a sea view was remarkable, and the harbour view was just breathtaking.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. They are always so kind! I highly recommend trying the rooftop bar—great views! I'm coming back for another trip.

I had a nice stay with a beautiful view of the ocean from my room and the quick laundry service was a lifesaver! The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, and I loved the exceptional cozy ambiance around the pool area. I would absolutely choose this place again!

My experience was utterly frustrating! On the first night, I was rudely awakened at 1:30 am by a staff member from the reception demanding my credit card again because it 'didn't register. ' I begged them to wait until morning, but they insisted it was urgent to close their books that night. This ridiculous situation overshadowed my stay, even though the other staff were friendly.

The sea view from our room was breathtaking, and

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did experience a delay during check-in and there were some noise disturbances late at night that affected our sleep.

Had an awesome stay! The breakfast was amazing, especially the parathas. Got to chat with Chef Himmat Singh, which was super cool since I’m Indian too. The staff was really sweet during checkout, and the coffee at the cafe was top-notch. One thing though, it got a bit noisy in the evenings.
